Refund Policy for Heramb Bhagwat 1-1 Assessment and/or Memberships
At Polar Elite International Academy, we strive to provide our users with top-notch educational content through our Gold Membership,Platinum Membership or any other Membership that the academy provides. We want you to make an informed decision before enrolling, so it’s crucial to understand our refund policy.
Refund Policy Overview:
Heramb Bhagwat does offers refunds for the 1:1 Meeting if the student feels that he doesn’t want to go ahead with the Gold Membership,Platinum Membership or any other Membership
However Heramb Bhagwat STRICTLY does not offer any refunds for any reason once the students becomes a part of the Gold Membership,Platinum Membership or any other Membership
NO Downgrade of Membership:- Once the Initial Payment is received for a particular Membership it is NOT possible to downgrade to a lower level membership.For example if the student has made the initial payment for Platinum Membership then that amount cannot be in any circumstances be transferred to Gold Membership which is a lower level Membership
Understanding Our Policy:
Refunds: Refunds are processed STRICTLY if the student asks for the refund by sending an email to theelitechess@gmail.com.Emails to any other email address are not accepted
3 Conditions:- The student has to follow the 3 Conditions Mentioned in the video on the webiste and mentioned clearly on the Razorpay Payment page.If you fail to do so you will NOT be entitled to the refund in ANY CASE

Jurisdiction:-
In case of any dispute Polar Elite International Academy and the Student (Person signing up for the program) agree that the matters shall be constituted in the competent courts of Pune and both agree to exclude the jurisdiction of any other court
